The Canco store was built on an old service station bay. The service bay had gone unused for many years and was infested by rodents. The owners saw potential in the space and wanted to convert the space to a storefront. 

 

We needed to overhaul the space to create what is now a bright and cheerful space. The old garage floor was oil-stained and uneven, so we removed the old floor in favour of new concrete. We also upgraded the plumbing and electrical and added vents and drainage to accommodate the new coolers.
